Student beaten by classmate

A student of a Chisinau high school was taken to the hospital after he was beaten by a classmate during a recess. An ambulance was called to the high school’s medical unit, Info-Prim Neo reports. Chisinau Ambulance Service managing doctor Anatol Proca said the 13-year-old boy suffered a number of contusions. An investigation is under way. A girl aged 20 tried to commit suicide by stabbing herself in the abdomen. The wound was superficial and the girl remained alive. An inebriated girl fell from the third floor of an apartment building. She suffered a leg injury. On December 20, the ambulance teams had dealt with 654 emergencies.
