A large fire seriously damaged a storehouse located near Straseni town on the night of May 22. The flames engulfed over 1,500 square meters of the storehouse and 14 firefighting teams struggled to contain the blaze.
Press officer of the General Inspectorate for Emergencies Liliana Puscasu has told IPN that the fire started at about 10pm and was extinguished at 4:30am. This affected the agricultural machines that were inside the storehouse.
The circumstances and cause of fire and the damage done by this are yet to be determined.
