State sells plot in Chisinau to renovate Vorniceni TB Hospital

Public authorities will sell a plot of land covering a total area of 1,873 ha on Decebal Blvd, 17, in Chisinau, and the money will be directed to the renovation of the Hospital of tubercular infections in Vorniceni village. According to a Decision dated January10, the Government approved the creation of a commission for organising the auction. The tender commission is to set the initial selling price and establish the conditions and terms for the auction’s organisation. The bidders shall deposit a bank guarantee equivalent to the sum of the initial selling price. Individuals and legal entities from Moldova, except for public authorities, state and municipal enterprises, institutions financed from state or local budgets, may participate in the auction. Foreign natural persons and legal entities, except for those banned by law and stateless persons, may also take part in the auction. The process for preparing and organising the auction is left in charge of the Privatisation Agency within the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, which will make the conditions public.
