The state-owned companies and commercial organizations with integral or majority state capital will present the report on the size and circulation of public property and annual activity results not by January 25 as until now but by March 31. An amendment to this effect was approved by the Cabinet, IPN reports.
According to the Ministry of Finance, the January 25 deadline wasn’t appropriate as the entities in that period are in the audit process and in the process of approving the financial situations. Therefore, the presented reports contained many inaccurate, preliminary data.
In Moldova there are over 200 state-owned companies and more than 100 joint stock companies with state capital.
