The State Energy Inspectorate will merge with the National Agency for Energy Regulation, IPN reports, with reference to a Government decision.
The rights and obligations of the Inspectorate will be taken over by the Agency. This way, there will be only one body that will control the entrepreneurial activity in the given area.
The State Energy Inspectorate will stop work on October 20 this year. A part of its personnel will be reemployed by the National Agency for Energy Regulation.
