State death benefit for medically uninsured persons will be 900 lei

The Government increased the death benefit provided for medically uninsured persons from 600 to 900 lei. A sum of 3.31 million lei was earmarked in the 2010 state budget for paying the given benefit to 3,678 persons. The move is in accordance with the amendments to the law on state social allocations of July 1999 introduced in April this year, Info-Prim Neo reports.
