The State Chancellery has announced public consultations on the draft guidelines for grant applicants for the second call for proposals within the Black Sea Basin Joint Operational Program 2014-2020, IPN reports.
In a press release, the State Chancellery says the document is designed to offer the support needed in writing project proposals by providing practical recommendations and the necessary information for filling out the forms, describing the procedures and the criteria for selecting projects.
The guidelines are in the form of a project. The final version will be published when the second call for proposals is announced. The recommendations and comments related to the guidelines can be transmitted to the program’s Common Technical Secretariat to office@bsb.adrse.ro. The deadline for the submission of comments is August 27, 2018.
