The staff of the municipal radio station “Antena C” solicits to appoint the deputy director Ecaterina Stratan as member of the tender commission tasked with selling out the municipal radio and TV stations. This decision was made at the general assembly of the staff on Wednesday, January 10. Stratan told Info-Prim Neo that at present the staff is represented by the interim manager Veaceslav Satnic, who was not elected by the staff. Municipal councillor Oleg Cernei claims that the two managers of the municipal radio and TV stations were illegally included in the composition of the committee. Cernei said that he tried to obtain the official report of the commission’s first session, but this attempt gave no results. Head of the Legal Assistance Department Ghenadie Gluscenco, who concurrently serves as the commission’s secretary, said that it can be obtained from the interim mayor Vasile Ursu who promised to Cernei that he will present the solicited document. According to Cernei, Pavel Caba the member of the commission and the chairman of “Moldova Noastra” Alliance was never invited to the works of the commission. In this context, Ghenadie Glusecenco said that in light of the fact that the majority of the employees initiated proceedings against the decision on the reorganisation “it is obvious that they do not want to participate in its works”. “We addressed the managers and they joined”, Gluscenco stated, saying that “Pavel Caba could not be reached because he is always either on a work trip or on a leave, but he will be invited to attend the next session”. In response, Pavel Caba told Info-Prim Neo that he had never been informed about the commissions’ works, despite of the fact that he had was always been at work. The staff decided at the general assembly to request the dismissal of Veaceslav Satnic and sue the state company “Radiocomunicatii” for the delays in resuming the radio’s air broadcasting.
