Stability Pact official to pay visit to Chisinau

Coordinator of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe, Erhard Busek, will pay an official visit to Moldova during January 29-31. According to a press release from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the visit of the high European official aims at discussing upon several issues related to the collaboration, within a new regional cooperation framework between the member states of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe by assuming certain political and financial engagements. Also, Busek will meet with the president, prime-minister, and Foreign minister. At the same time, the special Coordinator of the Stability Pact for Southeast Europe will have meetings at the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Affairs. During the meetings, the parties will discuss upon the issues related to the collaboration within the organisation, also referring to the results obtained by Moldova in implementing projects initiated within the frameworks of the EU Stability Pact. In the last day of his visit to Chisinau, the European official will deliver a speech in front of the students of the International Relations and Political Sciences faculty of the Moldova State University.
