The preparedness of the social facilities and municipal housing sector of Chisinau au for the 2018-2019 cold season will be determined by special commissions consisting of representatives of district head’s offices, the General Public Amenities Division and representatives of other subdivisions of the City Hall, IPN reports.
Under an order signed by deputy mayor of Chisinau Nistor Grozavu, the district heads, chiefs of subdivisions of the City Hall, mayors of cities and villages that form part of the municipality and business entities will constitute internal commissions for monitoring the preparedness of the public amenities and social facilities for the cold season, by compiling activity reports.
The General Public Amenities Division will delegate representatives to work on the commissions of each district head’s office. Working meetings will be held when necessary, but at least once a month, by examining the reports presented by persons holding responsible posts on the implementation of the worked out plans so as to ensure the good functioning of the public amenities and social facilities in winter.
