The invalids of the first degree will be able to get their money back this year, Info-Prim Neo's correspondent in Tiraspol reports. A number of 2,000 applications have been already submitted to the local Banca de Economii (Savings Bank). 700 of these have been filed by invalids of the fisr degree. If the persons cannot present the documents by themselves for health reasons, the application can be lodged by an authorized person. Natalia Doljenko, the head of the accounting department of Banca de Economii, said the applications can be submitted to any branch of the bank. If the savings card was lost, there will be used the information from the identity card, Natalia Doljenko added. The first 1,000 rubles will be paid back according to the ratio 1 Soviet ruble : 1 Transnistrian ruble. At the next stage, 5 Soviet rubles will cost 1 Transnistrian ruble. As many as 5,500 residents of Transnistria got their deposits back so far.
