Society games for Moldovans

The company Erudit Studio has launched society games produced in the European Union on the market of Moldova, Info-Prim Neo reports. The board or society games are characterized by interactivity, while the games that appeared during the last years are based first of all on planning and organization. The victory depends on the player’s ability to skillfully use all the available means. The action takes place in reality and the competitors are at the same table. The games can be played anywhere and at any time. No Internet connection or power source is needed. According to the company’s representative Adriana Panzaru, the games appeared on the Moldovan market about four months ago. They are imported from the EU producers. “The games are intended for children and grownups. They are divided into historical, economic and fantasy games. We also have games adapted to the electronic ones, but all of them are played face-to-face, in an environment with real persons. The rules of most of them are in English, but we also offer instructions in Romanian or Russians if the buyers ask for them,” she said. This year, Erudit Studio took part in the International Book Show staged at the National Library. “The children react the first to the games as they are attracted by their packing. The parents are more calculated. They select the games depending on what they want to develop in their child. The adults are attracted by complex games or recreational games played during meetings with friends. The games are in demand even if the prices are rather high for the pockets of most of the Moldovans,” said Adriana Panzaru. She also said that the games are of a high quality as they are made from expensive parts. Currently, Erudit Studio sells games only through the website www.joc.md, but intends to open soon a club for those fond of society games.
