PAS MP Sergiu Litvinenco said that absolutely all the parliamentary procedures were violated by the things done by the Socialists. The way in which the PSRM tries to have the bills adopted runs counter to the Parliament’s Regulations and the Constitution, IPN reports.

“They see that they are losing power and, by order of Dodon, are ready to do everything possible to save their corruption schemes. We wouldn’t have refused to discuss the bills that the Cabinet proposed if they had been appropriate. But they are full of schemes. Each article is a scheme,” Sergiu Litvinenco told a news conference.

The head of the PAS group Igor Grosu noted that the Socialists turn on and off the cameras in the assembly hall when they want. “The general context is the following: Dodon, being desperate after losing the elections, with the help of the PSRM-Shor coalition and the turncoats that are the allies of this dirty coalition, tried to put to the vote very important laws for the Republic of Moldova in an alert regime,” he stated, noting that these bills are anti-popular and will only lead to the worsening of the situation.

The draft state budget law and draft state social insurance law for 2021 were adopted in the first reading, without being debated, in an atmosphere of chaos and altercations. The opposition blocked the central rostrum and the microphone of the Deputy Speaker of Parliament Vlad Batrîncea, who chaired the sitting.
