The Socialist MPs in the February 15 sitting of Parliament submitted a simple motion on the economy, invoking the disastrous situation in the sector, IPN reports.
Vasile Bolea, who presented the motion, said that by this approach the Party of Socialists provokes Minister of Economy Kiril Gaburici to take part in a debate in Parliament and speak about the causes that generated the difficult situation in the economic sector.
“2017 is the year of Moldova’s economic failure,” stated the MP.
The motion will be transmitted to the competent commission and the Government for preparing parliamentary debates on it. The Parliament’s Standing Bureau will decide when the motion will be examined by observing the period of 14 days stipulated by the legislature’s regulations, said Speaker Andrian Candu.
