The small prices on building materials have failed to boost private constructions in the capital. The prices on land plots without infrastructure and utilities nearby have fallen sharply, Info-Prim Neo reports.
According to realty expert Petr Oleinicov, the price of an are of land for private construction in the Valea Morilor Park area is 20-30 thousand euros. That area is the most prestigious in Chisinau.
In other areas of Chisinau, the prices of an are vary from 5 to 12 thousand euros.
