The Alliance of Conservatives and Reformists in Europe (ACRE) is interested in seeing stability, democracy, market economy and all the other instruments needed for a prosperous life in Moldova, the Association’s President Jan Zahradil stated in a press beefing on October 20 held on the sidelines of the ACRE Summit “Liberty Summit. Free and Fair Moldova” that is hosted by the Shor Party, IPN reports.
In the same briefing, mayor of Orhei Ilan Shor, the leader of the Shor Party, said the ACRE Summit shows the party has European friends and common objectives even if many other politicians consider they monopolized the relationship with the Europeans.
Ilan Shor said “Liberty Summit. Free and Fair Moldova” is a historical event and a good platform for discussions and for establishing bilateral relations. “We managed to communicate our position to our partners and told them what we intend to deal with after the elections,” stated the politician.
The Summit of the ACRE, of which the Shor Party also forms part, involves more than 150 delegates from over 30 countries. The event is held in Orhei on October 19-20. The first event of the kind was held in Albania last year.
