Defeating FC Dacia Chisinau 2:0 on Wednesday, Sheriff Tiraspol looks on course to win its ninth title of Moldova's football champion, Info-Prim Neo reports. FC Dacia, which is considered to be one of the few clubs able to stop Sheriff from retaining the National Division title this season, resisted but 28 minutes on home soil until Burkina's Florent Rouamba opened the score. The second round was totally controlled by Sheriff, which saw Eugen Gorodetki score in the 48th minute of the game to widen the lead to 2:0 and mark the 11th victory this season.
