The rerun extraordinary general assembly of shareholders of SA Termocom agreed the merger with the Chisinau thermoelectric plants No. 1 and No. 2 (CET-1 and CET2). 71.1% of the shareholders voted in favor, IPN reports.
On its website, SA Termocom informs that the shareholders unanimously approved the transfer of the company’s property to the new company created as a result of the merger. They also voted for including two members into the Board of “Termoelectrica” – Veronica Herta and Sergiu Palihovici.
