Several minibus routes have been changed

Several minibus routes in Chisinau municipality have been changed by mayoral ordinance, Info-Prim Neo reports. The minibus route no.180 was lengthened to the local policlinic of the suburban town of Durlesti. The stretched route will be called Doina Street – Durlesti town (policlinic). Another route crossing Durlesti, no.124, was lengthened from Dimo Street to Cartusa, Alexandru cel Bun, and Stefann Voda streets. The route will thereafter be called Alba-Iulia Street - Durlesti town (Aschim plant). The minibus route no.172 will make the following loop: from Calea Mosilor to Varnita Str, Botanical Garden, Uzinelor Str, Ismail Str, Calea Mosilor, an back to the previously established itinerary. The route will be called Alba-Iulia Street – Varnita Street. The minibus route no.175 was also slightly modified. According to the City Hall’s PR department, the changes made to the respective routes came in response to petitions from private carriers, with the aim of improving the provision of the population with public transport.
