Seven injured in traffic accidents

During Tuesday, Seven persons, including a child, were injured in traffic accidents from Chisinau. The inspector of Traffic Security Service, Administrative Surveillance and Public Relations of Chisinau’s Road Police, Ion Roscovanu, declared Info-Prim Neo that a 4 year old child was hit by a VAZ-21093. The child was brought to the hospital with mental shock and several head plagues. At the intersection of Ciuflea and Bucuresti Streets, a BMW had a violent rear collision with an Opel-Astra, a 1448 taxi, which in turn hit a Honda-Accord, and the latter was rocketed into a Nissan-Sirena. A passenger of the taxi suffered a mental shock. All three vehicles were severely damaged, and the BMW fled the scene. A similar accident took place at the intersection of Dacia Boulevard and Gradina Botanica Street. A Mercedes-312D minibus hit Mazda-626 automobile, which was thrown into a stationed Opel-Combo and Opel-Cadett. A passenger from the minibus suffered a mental shock. From the minibus of the 192 route a 52 year old passenger fell, and as a result suffered a head trauma and other plagues. In the last day, traffic officers have recorded 6 accidents, in which 7 persons were injured and 22 accidents without injuries. 457 official reports were issued for drivers and pedestrians that violated the traffic rules, of which 10 for intoxication during driving, 93 cases of speeding, 51 cases of traffic lights violation, as well as 65 cases of pedestrian traffic lights violation.
