Seven apartment buildings can remain without heat

More than 600 dwellers of seven apartment buildings in Chisinau risk remaining without heat in winter as the Economic Court of Appeals decided to stop the insolvency process and liquidate the Homebuilding Cooperative No.145, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from SA Termocom. “As the cold season is approaching and the cooperative does not have a legal representative, SA Termocom is unable to sign a contact for the supply of heat with the given organization and then connect the seven buildings to the centralized heating system,” SA Termocom says in the communiqué. On October 1 this year, the Homebuilding Cooperative No.145 owed over 3 million lei to SA Termocom for heat. The Cooperative includes the apartment buildings located at 80/5, 80/6, 84/1, 84/2, 84/3, 84/4 and 84/5 Albisoara St.
