Sergiu Mocanu: It is Voronin and Lupu who settle accounts

Former presidential adviser Sergiu Mocanu denies Vladimir Voronin's assertion that the scandal involving businessman Vlad Plahotniuc is a settling of accounts between Vlad Filat and Marian Lupu, Info-Prim Neo reports. On his blog, Mocanu writes that it is Voronin and Lupu who settle an old score, not Lupu and Filat. In a meeting staged by the Communists Party on August 24, Communist leader Vladimir Voronin said the scandal that involves Vlad Plahotniuc is a settling of accounts between Premier Vlad Filat and the Democrat leader Marian Lupu as the two fight for the post of President of Moldova.
