The traffic in the center of Chisinau will be restricted from December 7 in connection with works to rehabilitate the sewerage networks on Stefan cel Mare Blvd., IPN reports.
According to a communiqué from the water supplier SA “Apa-Canal Chisinau”, the works on the section between the streets Ismail and Vasile Alecsandri will start on December 7 at 00.00 and will close on December 9, at 04.00. On the section between the streets Tighina and Armeneasca, the works will last until December 13.
The section of Tighina St between Stefan cel Mare Blvd. and 31 august 1989 St will be closed for traffic between December 9 and December 13.
In the period the routes of the public units of transport will be modified. The drivers are asked to bypass downtown and to comply with the instructions of patrolling inspectors, while the pedestrians are requested not to jaywalk.
