The second stage of disinfection works started in apartment buildings in Chisinau. The works will last for several weeks, IPN reports.
Igor Munteanu, deputy head of the General Public Amenities Division, in the September 11 meeting of officials of Chisinau services and divisions, said the works to kill rats will begin in October because, according to specialists, this is the most suitable period.
As regards the preparation of the housing sector of Chisinau for winter, Igor Munteanu said the engineering systems have been 99% cleaned. The hydro-pneumatic washing works were 90% carried out, while the hydraulic testing works were 90% executed. After these works are completed, the municipal enterprises will start to issue technical passports that enable to connect the blocks to the centralized heating system.
