The National Anticorruption Center is performing searches at the customs post in Larga, Briceni. Eight teams of anticorruption officers are examining a case of passive corruption on the spot, IPN reports.
The Center’s press service said the case involves current and former customs officers who are suspected of taking money from drivers crossing the customs post.
