The Superior Council of Magistracy (SCM) declared inadmissible the file of Vladislav Gribincea, who is contending for the position of judge of the Supreme Court of Justice (SCJ). According to the SCM, the candidate failed to present in due time the medical certificate and two references from prominent persons, IPN reports.
Last week, the Council approved the report of the commission for the external assessment of candidate Vladislav Gribincea for the position of SCJ judge. “According to the conclusions of the report, the Commission unanimously decided that Vladislav Gribincea meets the ethical and financial integrity criteria set out in the legislation. Thus, he is the candidate who passed the external assessment of ethical and financial integrity and was accepted by the SCM,” the institution said on May 16.
In addition to declaring the file of Vladislav Gribincea inadmissible, today the SCM announced that it accepted six files submitted by candidates to fill the vacant positions of judge of the Supreme Court of Justice.
