The Superior Council of Magistracy accepted acting prosecutor general Dumitru Robu’s request to give the go-ahead to investigate a judge and carry out searches at the home and office of this, IPN reports.
The issue was examined behind closed doors. As a result of deliberations, the SCM members decided to consent to the investigation of the judge for passing of an illegal judgment. The name of the judge wasn’t mentioned. It was only said that this is of the Chisinau Court.
The press reported that this is Olesea Țurcan of the Râșcani branch of the Chisinau Court.
