The pre-university education institutions are advised to take part in the pilot project “Separate Waste Collection in Schools” that is implemented by the Civic Movement “Hai Moldova”. The application form can be filled out until November 6, IPN reports.
In a press release, the Movement said ten pre-university education institutions will be chosen as beneficiaries as the children and teens are more flexible when it comes to change.
Containers for sorting waste will be provided within the pilot project. There will also be distributed informative brochures with instructions and staged information sessions centering on waste management. The schools that will successfully implement the project will receive presents.
