The public transport in the municipalities of Chisinau and Bălți will be resumed on April 28, but will be stopped again on May 1, until May 3. From May 4, the public transport in the two municipalities will work as usual, Premier Ion Chicu announced after the meeting of the senior state officials, IPN reports.
Ion Chicu said the transit transport as of May 4 will run according to the ordinary program and ticket conductors will return to work.
They are also considering possibility of resuming air traffic as of May 15. “Judging by the current situation, the state of emergency will not need to be extended, but a lot depends on the developments this week and next week,” stated the official.
In Moldova, a state of emergency was declared on March 17.
