The schedule of employees of the municipal cleanup company “Regia Autosalubritate” has been extended. Most of the employees will work until 8pm, while the drivers of garbage trucks until 10pm, IPN reports.
In the May 20 meeting of Chisinau City Hall officials, the head of the Public Amenities Division Petru Gontea said the schedule was extended by two hours because they do not manage to collect the garbage in time. Towards evening, many housing stock managers inform about places where the garbage bins are overfull.
Earlier, a number of heads of municipal divisions and companies were warned by Mayor Dorin Chirtoaca over the garbage containers filled to capacity.
