The NGO “Save Life” is calling on the people to donate money for three children in need of surgery and expensive treatments, Info-Prim Neo reports.
One year old Roman Bulas suffers of cerebral paralysis and epilepsy. A month after his birth, he suffered a brain vascular accident. He cannot focus his sight, hold his head, cannot seat or grab toys. The surgery he needs costs 49,000 lei.
Another one year old, Guzal Ruzibaeva, was diagnosed with extended hemangioma of mouth and face. She underwent 10 surgeries, the latter 2 in the USA. The American doctors managed to save her eye as the disease had already affected an eyelid, but the child needs 6 more surgeries to fully remove the disease and one cosmetic surgery to repair her face. She is expected at the hospital in January 2013 and needs more than 223,000 lei for surgeries and treatment.
Chiril Cotman, aged 3, was diagnosed with acute leukemia. The Pediatric Center of Hematology and Oncology, where he can get treatment, is abroad. The preliminary cost of the treatment is $35,000. The family needs $25,000 more or approximately 300,000 lei.
