Santa brings heat to Nisporeni

The thermal point of the College no. 2 in Nisporeni town will be connected to the gas pipe on Friday, December 29. All the other schools in the town are to be connected to the network by the end of the current year. Mayor of Nisporeni Victor Rusu told “Vocea Basarabiei” radio station, cited by Info-Prim Neo, that the improvement of the conditions for carrying out the teaching process in schools and kindergartens became possible due to the gas works in the town. In particular, there were invested 2 mln lei in 2006 to build a gas duct that enabled to connect many houses and companies to the network. The kindergartens in Nisporeni will be provided with constant gas supply the next year. A joint project the Ecologic Fund, according to which the town could purchase 100 containers for domestic waste, an also a new special garbage collection vehicle, are ranging among the accomplishments of this year, Victor Rusu says. Nisporeni has a population of nearly 12,000. Four schools and three kindergartens are functioning in the town
