“Sanatatea” radio station was awarded “The Radio station of the year” at the Festival of Journalism from Lvov

The radio station „Sanatatea” was declared “the radio station of the year” at the category of specialized stations, as part of the International Festival of Journalism “Faith. Hope. Love”, that took place recently in Lvov, Ukraine. The purposes of the festival are the contribution to the development of journalism and freedom of expression, establishing collaboration among the media of different countries, and strengthening democratic reforms. Participants from different countries could compete for the following titles: the journalist and the publication of the year (including broadcasting media), TV show, photo-reporter of the year, television, radio station of the year and the press agency of the year. Members of the creation commission were selected from several countries participating in the contest: Bulgaria, Belarus, R. of Moldova, Hungary, Slovakia, Estonia, Georgia, Poland, Czech Republic, Russia and Kuwait. For more than 6 years, “Sanatatea” promotes the health education through the means of its numerous promotional campaigns, contests, International and World days according to the calendar of the World Health Organization (WHO).
