The personnel of the Transplant Agency, except the workers, will receive a monthly bonus to the salary for specific work conditions and intensity of work. The bonus will not exceed 50% of the pay. A decision to this effect was taken by the Government, IPN reports.
Under the same decision, the employees of the Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices will receive a salary bonus of 80% of the pay for high professional competence, intensity of work and specific character of the work.
The decision will be implemented starting with January 1, 2014. The costs for paying bonuses were assessed at over 400,000 lei for 2014. According to Minister of Health Andrei Usatyi, the pay raises will help solve the problem of hiring qualified personnel.
