Moldovagaz in February will purchase Russian gas at the price of US$1,054 per 1,000 cubic meters, IPN reports.
The president of the company’s Executive Board Vadim Ceban said the volume of gas that is bought from Gazprom will be fully supplied to the Transnistrian region, including for producing electrical energy for the right side of the Nistru.
In January, Moldovagaz purchased Russian gas for US$1,230 per 1,000 cubic meters, while last December for US$785.
