The Government of Russia decided to sign an agreement on labor force migration with Moldova. The accord ensures cooperation between the two states in the area of temporary employment of migrants, IPN reports, quoting the official website of the Russian executive.
Under the draft agreement, the migrants will have the right to stay on the territory of the other state based on a work contract signed with the employer or on a service provision contract signed with employment agencies.
The draft says the signing of the document will improve the cooperation between the two countries in the area of labor force migration and will stimulate migration of skilled personnel from Moldova to Russia.
