About 500 families in Bahrinesti village of Floresti district will have running water thanks to the new water supply system that is 23.3 km long. The works were officially completed on June 14, IPN reports.
Only 240 households have been connected to the water supply system so far. In the immediate period, the local public administration will also connect the other families from the community. Water will start to be supplied on July 1.
The works to build the water pipeline began last August. The project was implemented at a cost of 8.32 million lei, with the money being allocated from the National Regional Development Fund.
