Speaking at the Invest Gagauzia Forum, Romania’s Ambassador to Moldova Cristian-Leon Țurcanu highlighted at the importance of deepening partnerships with Western economies and the need to ensure an investment climate as safe and predictable as possible in order to attract more foreign investments that contribute to economic growth and new jobs.
“The efforts and projects promoted by the Association of Romanian Investors in the Republic of Moldova have already brought remarkable results and are a good guide for other potential investors from Romania”, noted the Romanian ambassador.
According to the official, the role of Romania and the European Union in the economic development of the Republic of Moldova is essential, a fact proven even in the current regional context and the economic, energy and other crises.
The Invest Gagauzia Forum continues on Saturday. The Association of Romanian Investors presents the potential and business opportunities in the Republic of Moldova, as well as the experiences of Romanian investors, and the significant contribution of the Romanian business environment to the development of the Moldovan economy.
The Invest Gagauzia Forum takes place in Comrat on October 7-8.
