A road section in Hancesti town that was inaugurated today, July 11, will ensure access to the national roads Chisinau-Hancesti-Cimislia-Basarabeasca and Chisinau-Leova. The construction works were financed with money from the National Regional Development Fund.
Minister of Regional Development and Construction Vasile Batca said that 26,000 people will benefit from access to the national roads R3 and R34, especially hundreds of drivers who daily travel to the Leuseni customs post. The road portion was built as part of a regional development project that included the installation of curbs and pavement of sidewalks, road marking and setting up of traffic signs.
The total cost of the project is of 21 million lei.
