The right to organize street trading on the territory of the municipality of Chisinau at the end of September will be obtained by tender contest. The period was set by Mayor Ion Ceban, who, on his Facebook page, said the draft street trading conception was submitted to the Chisinau Municipal Council for examination and approval, IPN reports.
“Our goal is to have the regulations on the holding of contests for obtaining places for locating street trading units approved based on the new conception. At the end of September, the municipality will be able to hold tender contests for offering the right to organize street trading on the territory of the municipality of Chisinau,” wrote the mayor.
He noted that the removal of kiosks will continue. Only the kiosks placed for the summer period to sell soft drinks, café and ice-cream will be an exception.
