Revolt at company in Rybnitsa

Most of the employees of the Rybnitsa-based company Power Distribution Networks revolted against the director general who was named last year. The employees say the director got the post only because he is a friend of the Transnistrian leader Yevgeny Shevchuk. The information was provided to Info-Prim Neo by the Transnistrian issue expert Oazu Nantoi. “The people there are in a very difficult situation. Shevchuk named a friend of his called Igor Ghilca to manage the so-called state company Power Distribution Networks. This Ghilca behaves very badly so that 128 employees of the 150 filed a petition, demanding that he be dismissed,” said Oazu Nantoi. The analyst also said that Igor Ghilca’s behavior made the people to take unprecedented steps for the region. He believes that these actions reveal the rottenness of the separatist regime. He does not know if the dissatisfied employees will stage protests or will stop to the petition. According to Transnistrian press reports, Igor Ghilca was appointed to post last October.
