The polling place No. 3 located in Corjova village of Dubasari district will be moved to the Family Doctor’s Office in Cocieri village of the same district. A decision to this effect was taken by the Central Election Commission on June 9, IPN reports.
The Commission’s member Alexandru Simionov said such a decision was taken following particular requests and because of the tense situations witnessed at the previous elections, given that the unconstitutional Transnistrian authorities over the last three years have blocked the participation of the people from this village in elections.
According to the members of the Commission, the Joint Control Commission was asked to provide assistance in ensuring the free movement of the inhabitants of Corjova.
