Reshetnikov thanks colleagues for decision to discharge him

Communist MP Artur Reshetnikov thanked his colleagues in Parliament for the decision to dismiss him from the post of Deputy Speaker. He has told Info-Prim Neo that he did not feel well in the given seat, alongside the usurpers. “First of all, I would like to sincerely thank those from the ruling alliance because I felt inconveniently in the seat next to those who usurped the power and forgot the promises the made to the people,” said the lawmaker. He also said that today’s decision shows that the MPs of the ruling alliance are in agony and fear the mass protests staged by the Communists all over the country. The proposal to discharge Deputy Speaker Artur Reshetnikov was submitted by the head of the Liberal-Democratic parliamentary group Valeriu Strelet. It was accepted by a majority of votes on March 6.
