The Moldovan Metropolitan Church said that parts of the clothing of the Mother of God, a small stone from Virgin Mary’s grave and a coffin with the relics of Saint Martyrs Cyprian and Justina will be brought to the Metropolitan Cathedral “God’s Birth” in the evening of October 13, on the eve of the Day of Chisinau.
Secretary of the Moldovan Metropolitan Church Vadim Cheibas has told IPN that the parishioners are invited to take part in the ceremony to meet the relics starting at 5pm so as to obtain by prayer the compassion of the Mother of God and the mediation of Saints Cyprian and Justina and have their sins forgiven.
The relics were collected from a number of places in France and Crimea.
