The Cabinet adopted the regulations concerning the organization and functioning of the automate road traffic control system “Traffic Control”. The document defines the procedures and mechanisms for recording the information during the automated surveillance of traffic on public roads, IPN reports.
According to the authorities, the implementation of modern technologies in the process of monitoring road traffic will make the drivers and pedestrians more responsible, contributing to a reduced number of road accidents.
The decision will take effect when it is published in the Official Gazette.
