The budget-funded places are also intended for young people whose both parents have disability degrees and young people whose parents took part in the war for defending the integrity and territorial independence of the Republic of Moldova, the war in Afghanistan, the Chernobyl cleanup. The young people from families with four and more children who are maintained, who are graduates of schools situated in the eastern districts of the Republic of Moldova and from Bender municipality, who studied according to the education programs adopted by the Ministry of Education and others can also apply for such paces.

Under the draft regulations, the candidates will be enrolled online through the admission platforms of universities, according to the methodology agreed by each institution.
