Starting today, the Public Services Agency ASP will give priority to those seeking to register mortgage contracts, both individuals and entities, the Agency said in a press release.
This will also apply to property buying contracts that involve a mortgage component. Standard applications will be received by the Multifunctional Center no.4, while entities submitting five or more applications at once will be serviced by the Multifunctional Center no.5.
Other cadaster services are offered as usual, o a prior appointment basis, with queues lasting six weeks or more. The closes available appointment is on December 20.
As of today, the rates of a number of ASP services, including cadaster related, have been reduced. For example, selective primary registration of property and real estate ownership costs 240 lei, instead of 320l, registration into the property register has been reduced from 200 to 160 lei, and the issuing of other non-systematized information from the cadastre from 160 lei at 130 lei.
