Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration Daniela Morari, in the EaP Senior Officials Meeting held in Brussels on April 21, spoke about the efforts made by the Moldovan authorities to resume the accelerated pace of implementing the reforms and commitments stipulated in the Association Agreement with the EU, IPN reports.
According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration, the representatives of the EaP and EU member states exchanged opinions on the Eastern Partnership’s development prospects following the review of the European Neighborhood Policy. Accent was placed on stability as a condition that can guide the cooperation within the EaP, both at the bilateral and multilateral levels, in a sustained manner.
The meeting also discussed the preparations for the annual meeting of external affairs ministers of the EaP member states scheduled to take place in Brussels on May 23 and the prospects of holding the next EaP Summit in 2017.
