RED Union Fenosa wins Golden Mercury prize

RED Union Fenosa got the Golden Mercury prize in the Services in the Energy Sector division, the Rebranding nomination, Info-Prim Neo reports, quoting a communiqué from the company. About 90 projects were presented in the ninth Trademark of the Year contest, organized by the Chamber of Trade and Industry in cooperation with the State Agency on Intellectual Property. Red Union Fenosa competed in the division “Services in the energy sector – sale of oil and gas products, distribution of electric power and heat”. The prize in the Rebranding nomination was handed over to the president of Red Union Fenosa Silvia Radu. The administrator of Red Union Fenosa considers this prize recognizes the company’s efficient activity for the benefit of the national economy and the country’s people in the context of the successful launch of the new trademark on the internal market. Red Union Fenosa represents in Moldova the trademark Gaz Natural Fenosa, which belongs to a Spanish integrated energy company. It has over 20 million clients and an installed electricity generation power of 18 000 MW, with about 30 billion m3 of gas supplied and a turnover of about €20 billion.
