The leader of the Platform “Dignity and Truth” Andrei Nastase and Democratic MP Sergiu Sarbu accused and insulted each other during the talk show “Moldova live” on the public TV channel Moldova 1, IPN reports.
Andrei Nastase reiterated that they will not accept Speaker Andrian Candu’s invitation to meet in the morning of January 29. “We issued an ultimatum. He should come before the people and say what he has to say,” he stated.
Sergiu Sarbu said the leaders of the opposition pursue other goals than the declared ones. “These pretended leaders of the opposition never wanted to have a dialogue with the power. They want nothing else but to seize power. For the purpose, they staged an unprecedented campaign to denigrate and demonize a person. The people want to see their real face,” he stated.
During a live phone call, the leader of the “Our Party” Renato Usatyi accused the Democratic Party of removing him from the electoral race and of kneeling down the people. He said that the National Bank issued securities to the value of US$100 million at the instruction of the leaders of the Democratic Party and the businessmen will be forced to purchase them.
